Outgoing and Incoming ZSA Board Chairpersons visit ZSAES
On the 5th of July 2023, Zimbabwe Sugar Association Experiment Station (ZSAES) welcomed the outgoing Zimbabwe Sugar Association (ZSA) Board Chairperson Adv. M. A. Masunda, his successor Mr V. W. Zireva and the Zimbabwe Sugar Sales (ZSS) General Manager Mrs T. Mutaviri. The visit was part of a familiarisation tour of the Zimbabwe Sugar Industry (ZSI) for the incoming Board Chairperson. During their tour of ZSAES, they had an opportunity to visit all the five departments learning about operations in each department and some of the challenges that the Scientists are facing. It was a great pleasure to host these delegates and to discuss how the role of ZSAES as the Research and Development arm of the ZSI can be strengthened.
