Ms. Concilia Mukanga

Ms Mukanga is an Entomologists with more than 5 years working experience in the field of Entomology. She graduated with a Master of Science Degree in Ecological Resources Management from the Midlands State University in 2012 and also holds a number of postgraduate courses and professional qualifications. She is currently employed at ZSAES as a Senior Research Entomologist, and her interests are in Intergrated Pest Management. Her day-to-day operations involve researching and generating knowledge on the sustainable management and control of the major pests of sugarcane in Zimbabwe. This includes establishing and monitoring trials on different control methods as well as helping farmers to manage insect pests in their crop stands.
